Cala Figuera, Mallorca · 140 m²
Example project
Full renovation — Cala Figuera
Full interior renovation of a harbour apartment. Stone, linen, light.
Examples of renovation, pools and digital solutions in Cala Figuera, Palma, Santa Ponsa and Sóller. Projects, locations, timelines and images illustrate possible services. They are not evidence of completed client commissions. Before-and-after comparisons and the Pool Control pilot are also examples.
The flat still carried the nineties in its grout. We redrew layout, wet rooms and finishes in one pass — without blocking the water.
B360 coordinated linings, tile, paint and kitchen. One counterpart for the owner in Hamburg.
