Enquiries and contracts

Forms and WhatsApp links provide non-binding enquiries. An enquiry, published price or sending confirmation does not by itself form a contract. Specification, availability, scope, timing and final price are agreed in the individual quote. This website does not take online payments.

Prices and services

Published price ranges are indicative. Quotes specify included parts and work, tax, installation, delivery, travel and any surcharges. Products in development do not constitute confirmed availability. Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal and warranty rights, remain unaffected.

Fault service

Telephone contact is available around the clock. Attendance in Mallorca is agreed by phone subject to availability. No general arrival or repair time is guaranteed. Travel and any night, weekend or public-holiday surcharges are communicated before the work is commissioned.

B360 RemoteCare

Describe the equipment and the problem. This enquiry does not establish remote access or authorise interventions.

Telephone contact is available around the clock. Remote support is provided by agreement, subject to technical assessment and availability. There is no blanket guaranteed response time or resolution. Forms and WhatsApp do not guarantee immediate attention; please call for urgent faults.

A remote connection cannot replace repairs to broken components, plumbing work or necessary on-site inspections. If connectivity is unavailable or a fault cannot be fixed remotely, we arrange a visit. Scope, costs and any emergency surcharges are agreed before commissioning.
